Changing your mind

If you buy an item online and change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email Grazieleoliveira286@yahoo.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Return it to:

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage. Please handle the item only as you would reasonably need to inspect it. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond this has reduced its value.

Refunds

We will refund the price paid and the cost of standard outward delivery, if you paid for it. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund only the standard delivery cost. We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, email Grazieleoliveira286@yahoo.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will explain the next steps and cover reasonable return costs where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
